Leaders at School Accounting Professionals, LLC designed, developed and delivered training courses for Business Office Procedures for New Jersey Private Schools for Students with Disabilities and have trained over 100 bookkeepers and Business Managers statewide.

Our staff are certified as QuickBooks ProAdvisors, and can help YOUR staff develop effective accounting practices, internal controls and use proper cash flow management. We have assisted business office personnel in utilizing QuickBooks reports and Excel spreadsheets in a manner that complies with the DOE regulations.

Industry experts at School Accounting Professionals, LLC developed a QuickBooks chart of accounts that aligned with the Financial Accounting for Local and State School Systems developed by the National Center for Education Statistics. This chart of accounts was approved by the New Jersey Department of Education when they mandated that a uniform minimum chart of accounts be utilized in 2002.
